When you close your account, b99 retains your data for six months to comply with Pakistan's fraud-audit requirements. After six months, your personal information is permanently deleted from our active servers. Payment records are archived but cannot be accessed or matched to your name.

No. We never sell, rent or trade your contact details to third-party marketers. The only emails and SMS you receive from us are account-related: login alerts, withdrawal confirmations, policy updates and support responses if you ask a question.

Payment data is stored for 24 months as required by Pakistan's banking regulations and anti-money-laundering laws. After 24 months, payment records are archived separately from your personal profile. You can request deletion of personal data after account closure, but transactional records must be retained per law.

Yes. Inside your account, go to Security Settings and select Login History. You'll see every device that accessed your account, the timestamp, IP address and browser used. Flag any unrecognised logins and we'll help you revoke those sessions.

Payment gateways send us only the transaction reference, amount and confirmation code. They don't share your banking credentials or full payment history with b99. We see that a deposit cleared, but not your underlying account balance or other unrelated transactions.

b99 complies with lawful requests from Pakistani authorities. We will notify you of the request unless local law prohibits it. We provide only the data legally required and we don't voluntarily share more than what the request specifies.

Every login from a new device triggers a verification code sent to your registered phone. You must enter that code to proceed. If you lose access to your phone, contact support and we'll verify your identity through account details before resetting your phone number.
